ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION BALLROOM The rental period is a six-hour period. On Saturdays you have a choice of 11:00 am to 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This does include your decorating time. You have 45 minutes after your rental period to clean, remove decorations, band to breakdown and leave the premises. The Ballroom seats 350 (at tables) and 500 (auditorium style). With the rental of the Ballroom you receive 15 8' rectangular tables, 150 brown metal folding chairs, a small caterer’s kitchen and use of the garden. If the rental is for a wedding we will set up 40 chairs in the garden (the garden will sit up to 100). You have 45 minutes after your rental period to clean, remove decorations, band to breakdown and leave the premises. The Club Room accommodates 60 guests seated at tables or 80 buffet style. With the rental you receive up to 10 8’ rectangular tables (this will be very crowded), and 60 brown metal folding chairs. It also includes a small caterer’s kitchen and use of the garden. If the rental is for a wedding we will set up 40 chairs in the garden (the garden will sit up to 100). THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DANCING ALLOWED IN THIS ROOM! There are no exceptions. Room is unavailable for New Years Eve Rental.
